Alchemy Gallery will be hosting "Drum Circle - A Winter Solstice Celebration" with Stephanie Kusmer leading the circle. Bring your own drum, shakers, rattles, tambourine, or other small percussion instrument. We will have somer extra percussion instruments available if you do not have an instrument yourself, first come first serve. You may bring your own drinks and snacks if you like as well (no alcohol, thank you).

$15 at the door is appreciated

Online Djembe Lessons through FaceTime or Google Meetings

Stephanie is now offering one to one online hand drum lessons focusing on djembe technique, rhythm and timing. She also focus on the history of the djembe drum and teaches specific West African rhythms.

Benefits of taking djembe/hand drum lessons online:

Helps develop focus
Enhances mental and physical acuity
Is fun and rewarding
Great for memory enhancement
Balances the right and left sides of the brain and body
Is a meditative practice assisting with mood upliftment
It's never too late to learn to play a musical instrument!

Note: It's best to have your own djembe or hand drum. If you would like to try a session before you invest in your own djembe you will still benefit and learn from the session.

Online Interactive Guided Drum Journeys with the melodic tank drum

Stephanie is now offering online personalized sound healing guided drum journey meditations focusing on calming the Mind Body and Spirit. We will have a discussion on your goals for the meditation and then Stephanie will play and gently guide you though a healing meditation while playing her melodic tank drum.
