Find Your Drum Voice ~ Djembe Drum Class and Rhythm Circle Tonight!

TONIGHT!

Where: Center For Spiritual Living - St. Louis, 12875 Fee Fee Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63146.

When: Wednesday, July 15th 7:30-9pm

Come enjoy a beautiful summer evening while learning and enjoying playing djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach a different rhythm from the last class and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have extras. This will be informative & lots of fun! 
(We’ll be outside of Scott Hall unless it’s raining, then we’ll be inside)
                                                                                                                             

Tickets are $15. Sign up in the Rising Thought Bookstore or the day of the event. Thank you!
