Activating the Third Eye Chakra ~
A Guided Sound Healing Journey

Where: Casa Bagus, 6318 Clayton Rd, St. Louis, MO 63117

When: Friday, November 6, 2015 from 7:30-8:45pm

In this vibrational sound healing experience, Stephanie Kusmer of Earth Rhythms Healing will discuss the history and significance of the Pineal Gland also known as the "Third Eye”, “Ajna Chakra" or the “Seat of the Soul”, and how it is being rediscovered today. 

Stephanie will then guide the participants in a sound healing meditation with her metal tongue drum tuned to the key of A to open up and journey into the “Third Eye Chakra”.
 Take some time for yourself and experience the healing benefits of this unique and enjoyable evening. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. There will also be some available if you don’t have one. You will feel very expanded from this experience!

We meet every second and fourth Friday of the Month.

Stephanie and Matt will play with Songs Of Africa Ensemble as part of the Webster Arts October Concert Series

We will be joining the Songs of Africa Ensemble and will be performing as a part of Webster Arts' new October concert series! About the Songs of Africa Ensemble: The Songs of Africa Ensemble is a multi-cultural vocal and instrumental group sponsored by African Musical Arts.  The Ensemble teaches about Africa's music, its musical instruments, languages, and cultures.  Singing in more than 20 different African languages, their performances are audience-interactive, educational, and entertaining!  Webster Arts formerly hosted its annual Classical Closing concert, a free concert by the St. Louis Symphony to mark the end of the Webster Groves Farmers Market.  This year, Webster Arts is expanding the concert into a series, with hopes of having music programming every Thursday for the entire month of October. For more information on Webster Arts, visit their website at: www.webster-arts.orgYou can read more about the Songs of Africa Ensemble on their website http://www.songsofafrica.org

Spirit Jam Drum Circle at C.A.M.P. (Community Arts and Movement Project)

LOCATION: 3026 Cherokee Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. In the "movement" room on the first floor. 


Join us for an intentional drum circle at C.A.M.P. where community is coming together to make positive change in the world.

Enjoy some drumming fun while we raise our vibration towards a heart centered reality and peace. We're in the "movement room" on the first floor. Enter at the corner of Cherokee and Minnesota.  Please bring your drums, rattles and other percussion instruments and we have a few extra as well.

Find Your Drum Voice ~ Djembe Drum Class and Rhythm Circle
                                              
When: Saturday, August 15th, 2015 from 2:00-3:30pm 

Where: Center for Spiritual Living, St. Louis MO, 12875 Fee Fee Rd, St. Louis 63146
                                    
Come enjoy a beautiful summer afternoon while learning to play djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach timing, rhythm and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have some extras. This will be informative & lots of fun! 
(We’ll be outside in the shade unless it’s raining, then we’ll be in Scott Hall)

When: Wednesday, July 15th 7:30-9pm

Come enjoy a beautiful summer evening while learning and enjoying playing djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach a different rhythm from the last class and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have extras. This will be informative & lots of fun! 
(We’ll be outside of Scott Hall unless it’s raining, then we’ll be inside)
