Heal and Be Healed Event at Coco Wasi, Kapoho HI

Aloha, we will doing a healing intentional drum circle at Coco Wasi's Heal and Be Healed Event, Saturday, July 16th. The event starts at 10am and goes until 6:30. The drum circle is from 5-6:30pm. Bring your drum and other percussion instruments and a chair and join us! All classes and healing sessions are donation based. We appreciate your donation for the drum circle. Suggested $5.

TWO GREAT EVENTS WITH EARTH RHYTHMS HEALING THIS WEEKEND!

Spirit Jam Drum Circle at C.A.M.P. (Community Arts and Movement Project)

Next Date: Friday, August 14th, 2015, 7:30-10:00pm. 

LOCATION: 3026 Cherokee Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. In the "movement" room on the first floor. 


Join us for an intentional drum circle at C.A.M.P. where community is coming together to make positive change in the world.

Enjoy some drumming fun while we raise our vibration towards a heart centered reality and peace. We're in the "movement room" on the first floor. Enter at the corner of Cherokee and Minnesota.  Please bring your drums, rattles and other percussion instruments and we have a few extra as well.

Your $5 donation is very much appreciated! This covers space rental and operation costs.

Find Your Drum Voice ~ Djembe Drum Class and Rhythm Circle
                                              
When: Saturday, August 15th, 2015 from 2:00-3:30pm 

Where: Center for Spiritual Living, St. Louis MO, 12875 Fee Fee Rd, St. Louis 63146
                                    
Come enjoy a beautiful summer afternoon while learning to play djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach timing, rhythm and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have some extras. This will be informative & lots of fun! 
(We’ll be outside in the shade unless it’s raining, then we’ll be in Scott Hall)

Come enjoy a beautiful summer evening while learning and enjoying playing djembe with Stephanie and Matt of Earth Rhythms Healing. We will teach a different rhythm from the last class and will review hand positions, exercises to assist with right and left hand balance, breathing techniques and the history, spiritual and consciousness expanding significance of the drum. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have extras. This will be informative & lots of fun!

We will drum and create rhythm together and discuss why this is so powerful and how it can assist us in being mindful in our daily lives. Drummers and non-drummers are welcome. Bring your djembe if you have one, if not, we’ll have extras. This will be informative & lots of fun!
